Peak Saturdays from May to September and across December book 3 to 6 months out. Off-peak dates often have availability with two weeks' notice. The earlier you lock it in, the more menu flexibility you'll have.
Do you bring your own kit and ingredients?

Bartenders bring all bar tools, jiggers, shakers and prep equipment as standard. Ingredients (spirits, mixers, garnish, ice, glassware) are either supplied by you, your venue, or added as a stock package, we'll guide you to the cheapest route.
Are your bartenders insured?

Every bartender holds £5m Public Liability Insurance and Personal Licence certification where the event format requires it. We send certificates to your venue directly on request, no chasing.
What if a bartender falls ill the day of the event?

We carry a reserve team for every weekend in our calendar. If a booked bartender can't make it, a same-tier replacement is dispatched within the hour. In 25 years and 1,600 events, we have never no-showed an event.
Will you serve guests over the legal limit?
+
No. Every bartender is Challenge 25 trained and licensed. We protect your venue's licence and your event's reputation by refusing service responsibly and quietly, guests rarely notice.
