How much does mobile bar hire cost?
+
Entry-level mobile bar packages (bar, two bartenders, four-hour service, glassware and ice, guests buy drinks) start from £790. Fully-stocked open-bar packages for weddings of 80 guests typically run £2,800–£4,200 depending on serve list and tier.
Do I need a licence for a private event?
+
Drinks gifted to private guests at a private event don't require a licence. If you're selling drinks (cash bar) you need a Temporary Event Notice. We file TENs on your behalf at no extra cost.
What's included in a fully-stocked package?
+
Bar structure, lighting, fridges, ice wells, glassware, all stock (spirits, mixers, beers, wines, softs, water), garnish, two or more bartenders, licensing, delivery, build and pack-down. The only thing you supply is the venue.
How much space does a mobile bar need?
+
Our smallest unit fits a 1.2m × 0.6m footprint. A standard 6m wedding bar with two bartenders needs about 4m × 1.5m of service space and 1m of behind-bar working depth.
Can the bar be branded for our company?
+
Yes, branded fascia panels and printed bar skins are available across our fleet. Lead time for custom branding is 14 working days.
Do you cover dry-hire wedding venues?
+
Dry-hire venues are our specialism. We've worked virtually every major dry-hire venue across Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside, Thornton Manor, Inglewood, Combermere Abbey, The Wedding House and dozens more.
What happens to unopened stock?
+
Sealed, unopened bottles are bought back at cost. You only pay for what's been served. Itemised pour reports are sent to corporate clients within 48 hours of the event.
How long does it take to set up?
+
A standard mobile bar setup takes 90–180 minutes including build, stock-up, glassware count and pressure test. We always plan to be ready 60 minutes before the first guest arrives.
Can you handle emergency or last-minute bookings?
+
Yes, we hold contingency slots most weekends. For corporate enquiries inside seven days we can usually mobilise a bar plus two bartenders within Liverpool and Manchester centres.
Do you offer dry-hire (bar only, no staff)?
+
Yes, on a limited basis and only to licensed venues or experienced event teams. Most clients find the full-service option works out cheaper once stock waste and breakages are factored in.
