Why it matters
Renting from event-grade suppliers is dramatically cheaper than buying, and you skip the cleaning, breakage replacement, storage, insurance and PAT testing. We hand you working kit and take it away again. That's the deal.
The cost of getting this wrong
The dry-hire market is full of unaudited, unlit, unwashed kit being moved in white vans by people who didn't pour a drink last week. We've taken over events at 5pm because the original supplier delivered a fridge that didn't cool and ten glasses with lipstick still on the rim. Quality control isn't optional.

For larger setups we'll do a site visit or video call to confirm power, access and footprint.
Kit is washed, polished, PAT-tested and counted into crates labelled per booking 48 hours pre-event.
Driver delivers to your timing window, can build the bar in-situ on request, and walks the venue contact through it.
Collection booked into your venue's slot, kit returned, audited, washed and ready for the next event.

Powered single, double and triple-door fridges; ice wells with drainage; mobile ice machines; pre-bagged premium ice for events under 12 hours; champagne buckets in copper and stainless steel.
Coupes, martinis, Nick & Nora, rocks, hi-balls, slings, copas, snifters, flutes, champagne saucers, wine ranges across Burgundy, Bordeaux and universal. Volume discounts above 200 of any single glass.
Beer dispense towers (2-tap, 4-tap, 6-tap), prosecco towers, cocktail draught systems, slushie machines, frozen daiquiri makers and chilled water dispensers.
Behind-bar uplighters, festoon lighting, pin-spots for back-bar bottles, branded neon options, and dimmable LED skirts for floor-mounted bars. All PAT-tested and certified.
Standard delivery and collection across Liverpool, Manchester, Cheshire, Wirral, Chester, Preston and Alderley Edge with no surcharge inside 40 miles. Per-mile rates apply beyond, quoted up-front. Same-day collection available within Liverpool and Manchester city centres on selected slots.

Yes, we travel to North Wales, Yorkshire, the Lake District and Birmingham regularly. Beyond 40 miles, a transparent per-mile delivery rate applies (quoted upfront).
Every powered item carries current PAT certification. Certificates are supplied to your venue automatically and on request.
Inside the North West, we'll replace any item that fails within 90 minutes. Outside the region, a same-day courier replacement is dispatched where possible.
Glassware breakage of up to 5% is included free. Above that, glasses are charged at replacement cost (typically £1.20–£4.50 per glass depending on range).

Standard slots are morning-before or day-of-event. Multi-day hires for festivals and brand activations can be delivered 72 hours before with secure storage advice.
Yes, restaurants, hotels and venues hire our pop-up bars for one-off events, takeovers and seasonal trading. Monthly and seasonal rates available.
We collect on the timing window your venue agrees. Most weddings collect Sunday or Monday morning before noon. We'll work to your venue's terms.
Yes, viewings at our Liverpool warehouse by appointment. We also send photo references of every line item with your quote.
